Available Scoresheet Baseball Teams
Continuing leagues are designated either P-AL or P-NL (P stands for perpetual). Teams in those leagues keep 13 players from year to year, and drafts are held in the reverse order of the previous season's standings. Leagues with orphan teams in them are listed below. If you are looking to join a league with a friend, a few of these leagues may have more than one available team in them.
Please note that the leagues shown on this page are all 'public' Scoresheet leagues (public meaning that Scoresheet acts as the commissioner for the league, finds the league owners, and that *all* of the standard Scoresheet continuing league rules are followed.) If you are in a private league (a league that finds its own owners and/or has special rules) that has openings, the best place to advertise your opening is on our message board, at: Baseball Message Board.
All of the leagues listed below are using our web draft system. Those web drafts have all recently started (the ALs started Feb 26th and the NLs started March 2nd). The drafts will continue until the last weekend of March, so there is still plenty of time to jump in and do your own picking!
The normal team fee for a continuing league team is $89. But now that the drafts have been running orphaned teams can now be picked up for just $39 (*less* than half price) for the 2010 season.
If you are interested in taking over an available team, please open up a few leagues rosters until you find a team you like. BL stands for both leagues, meaning these teams draft from both the AL and NL player lists. Like the other leagues drafting through us, teams in these leagues also keep 13 players.
